The Wattles project is now reaching the finishing line!
Based on the current progress the estimated date for lot settlement is June 2019!
We like to thank our Impressive Property Developments (IPD) professional team of project managers and consultants working hard towards achieving the key milestones. Since our last update we have completed the following;
All roadworks is finished
The water main, reticulation installed.
The electrical reticulation is completed — compliance certificate received
The GAS reticulation completed — compliance certificate received
The NBN reticulation completed — compliance certificate received
