We develop new and affordable residential land in Sydney’s fastest growth regions. Each estate is taken from raw acreage through planning and civil works to registered, serviced lots, so buyers and builders receive land that is ready to build on rather than land that still needs work done to it.

Our estates sit in Sydney’s western, north-western and south-western growth corridors. Every current project, the suburb it is in and how many lots remain available is listed on the Projects page, which counts straight from the live lot schedule rather than from a figure typed in by hand.

We create communities with the key infrastructure in place: roads, water, sewerage, communications and energy. Each project page shows the current status of that estate and of its individual lots, so you can see exactly where a lot has got to before you commit to anything.

Both. Most estates are sold as registered residential lots, and some are offered as house and land packages instead. Each project page says which of the two applies to that estate and counts how many are still available, so the answer is always current for the estate you are reading about.
