About Gumnut at Riverstone
Gumnut at Riverstone was an Impressive Property Developments project in the North West Sydney growth corridor, at Grantham Farm — eleven Torrens Title lots sold to investors as land and house packages with a renowned builder.
The project was completed in 2015. The feedback from the new owners exceeded expectations, and the project was a complete success.
Land sizes ran from 360sqm to 450sqm — easy-to-build land in a quiet residential precinct, with shops, cafes, schools and transport links close by. Every lot has sold.
