Riverstone Project

Riverstone House & Land Project

The Riverstone project in North West Sydney was completed in 2015 with land and house packages from a renowned builder sold to investors. The feedback from the new owners exceeded expectations and the project was a complete success.
Riverstone is a suburb in the Northwest Sydney growth corridor. The suburb is serviced by the upgraded Windsor Road and the Northwest rail link (under construction) and provides easy access to the completed Rouse Hill town centre and all its amenities.
These Torrens Title land packages offered 360sqm to 450sqm easy to build on land in a quiet residential precinct. The area has easy access to shops, cafes, schools and transport links and the new north west rail link.
